The Elizabeth Ann is one of two ships from the Monhegan Boat Lines (http://monheganboat.com/). Along with the Laura B, both ships ferry mail, people and supplies from Port Clyde, Maine to Monhegan Island, 10 miles off the coast due South of Port Clyde.
